Firemedx International is an independent private nonprofit agency and not a government agency. Firemedx is not owned, operated, endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with any city, county, state, federal, fire district, or other public entity unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement. A useful distinction in an age where logos and uniforms confuse everyone.

Firemedx may engage qualified current, former, retired, volunteer, or contract public safety professionals whose experience, credentials, and specialized skill sets support the services delivered through Firemedx. Such individuals act solely in their capacity as representatives of Firemedx when performing Firemedx duties, and not on behalf of any outside employer or government agency.

Client privacy is a core operating principle. Information, reports, photographs, assessments, and related records obtained by Firemedx are treated as private and confidential and will not be released outside the organization without the client’s prior written authorization, except where disclosure is required by applicable law. A rare case where paperwork protects something useful.

Firemedx receives no tax-based operating support unless specifically disclosed for a grant or contracted program. Our operations are sustained through earned service revenue, donations, sponsorships, fundraising, partnerships, and volunteer support.

Firemedx was created to provide responsive, professional, mission-driven services outside the delays and limitations often associated with public bureaucracy, while maintaining ethical, lawful, and professional standards. Miraculously, efficiency remains possible.
